Create a new property (room) under the current operator. Hostex properties are physical room units; OTA listings can be attached to a property afterwards via the Hostex Host Portal. The newly created property has no address, channels or pictures and starts with the operator's default check-in / check-out time settings. Subject to the property quantity limit of the operator's subscription.
